ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕನ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಯಾಕಿಲ್ಲ ? ರಾಜ್ಯ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಬಿಕ್ಕಟ್ಟಿನಿಂದ ಕಂಗಾಲಾಗಿದೆಯೆ ಹೈಕಮಾಂಡ್ ? ಪಕ್ಷವನ್ನು ಸೋಲಿಸಿದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಮೇಲೆಯೇ ಕಡುಕೋಪ ?

ರಾಜ್ಯ ವಿಧಾನ ಮಂಡಲದ ಅಧಿವೇಶನ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗಿ ಒಂದು ವಾರವಾಗಿದೆ. ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ೨೦೨೩ ಮತ್ತು ೨೪ ನೆಯ ಸಾಲಿನ ಮುಂಗಡ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಿ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹಲವು ರೀತಿಯ ವಿಮರ್ಶೆಗಳು ಬಂದಿವೆ. ಈ ಒಣ್ದು ವಾರದ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳುವಂತಹ ಮಹತ್ತರ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಸದನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿಲ್ಲ. ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದ ನಿಲುವಳಿ ಸೂಚಾನೆ ಕುರಿತು ಸದನದಲ್ಲಿ ಗದ್ದಲ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಎಲ್ಲ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಕಲಾಪವನ್ನು ಬದಿಗೊತ್ತಿ ಈ ನಿಲುವಳಿ ಸೂಚನೆಯ ಮೇಲಿನ ಚರ್ಚೆಯನ್ನು ಕೈಗೆತ್ತಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂಬು ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳ ಒತ್ತಾಯವಾಗಿತ್ತು.. ಸ್ಪೀಕರ್ ಖಾದರ್ ಈ ಒತ್ತಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮಣಿಯಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸಭಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರ ಮುಂದಿನ  ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಧರಣಿ ನಡೆಸಿದರು. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ನಡುವೆ ಮಾತಿನ ಚಕಮಕಿ ನಡೆಯಿತು.. ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಎಚ್.ಡಿ. ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಮತ್ತು ಹಾಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ನಡುವೆ ನಡೆದ ಜಗಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಏಕ ವಚನ ಪ್ರಯೋಗ ಕೂಡ ಆಯಿತು..

ಇದರ ನಡುವೆ ಬಹುಮುಖ್ಯವಾದ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಎಂದರೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕ ಆಯ್ಕೆ,  ಈ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕರೇ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ. ರಾಜ್ಯ ವಿಧಾನ ಮಂಡಲದ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂತಹ ಸಂದರ್ಭ ಬಂದ ಬೇರೆ ಉದಾಹರಣೆ ಇದ್ದಂತಿಲ್ಲ.. ಕಳೆದ ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳ ಸತತ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನದ ನಂತರವೂ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕರನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಿಲ್ಲ.. ಹಲವು ಹೆಸರುಗಳು ತೇಲಿ ಬಂದರೂ ಅದೆಲ್ಲ ಗಾಳಿ ಸುದ್ದಿಯಾಗಿಯೇ ಉಳಿದಿದೆ.. ಮೊದಲು ಹಲವು ಹೆಸರುಗಳು ಕೇಳಿ ಬಂದರೂ ಕೊನೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಕೇಳಿ ಬರುತ್ತಿರುವ ಹೆಸರು ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಸವರಾಜ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಸಕ ಬಸನಗೌಡ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಯತ್ನಾಳ್. ಆದರೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಹಲವು ಗುಂಪುಗಳು ತಮ್ಮದೇ ಆದ ಒತ್ತಡ ಹೇರುತ್ತಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ವರಿಷ್ಠರು ಕೈಕಟ್ಟಿ ಕುಳಿತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಮಗೇನು ಅರ್ಜೆಂಟ್ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ನಾಯಕರಿಗೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ, 

ಆದರೆ ಜನತಂತ್ರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಡಳಿತ ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಇರುವಷ್ಟೇ ಮಹತ್ವ ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷಗಳಿಗೂ ಇದೆ. ಹಾಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕನ ಸ್ಥಾನ. ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸುವ, ತಪ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೂರಿಸಿ ಸರಿ ದಾರಿಗೆ ತರುವ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ್ದು ಆಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕ ಇದರ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಒಹಿಸಬೇಕು. ಹೀಗಾಗಿಯೇ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕರಿಗೆ ಸಚಿವರ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಮಾನ ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಚಿವರಿಗೆ ಸಿಗುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕರಿಗೂ ದೊರಕುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಐರೋಪ್ಯ ದೇಶಗಳ ಜನತಂತ್ರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥ್ಎ ಹೇಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಡೋ ಕ್ಯಾಬಿನೆಟ್ ಕೂಡ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಶ್ಯಾಡೋ ಕ್ಯಾಬಿನೆಟ್ ಅಂದರೆ ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟದ ನೆರಳೋ ನೆರಳಿನ ಸಂಪುಟ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಬಹುದೋ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ.. ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟ ಇದ್ದ ಹಾಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಒಂದು ಸಂಪುಟ ರಚಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆಯಾ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳ ಜ್ನಾನ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆ ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ಪರಿಗಣನೆಗೆ ಬಂದಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಜ್ನಾನ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆ ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಇವರು ಪಡೆಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಕ್ಷ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ಇವರೆಲ್ಲ ಆಯಾ ಇಲಾಖೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದು ಸುಲಭವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಯೋಗ್ಯತೆಗೆ  ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕನನ್ನು ಆರಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೂ ನಮಗೆ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಅಡ್ಡಿಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಕ್ಷ್ಜದ ನಾಯಕನ ಆಯ್ಕೆಗೆ ಹೇಗೆ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಕಾರಣಗಳು ಇರುತ್ತವೆಯೋ, ಹಾಗೆ ನೇಮಿಸದಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೂ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕನ ನೇಮಕವಾಗದಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಕೂಡ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಕಾರಣಗಳು ಇರಬೇಕು. ಇದು ಪರಿಪಕ್ವ ಜನತಂತ್ರದ ಲಕ್ಷಣ ಅಲ್ಲ.. ನಮ್ಮದು ಪರಿಪಕ್ವ ಜನತಂತ್ರ ಅಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಕ್ಕೂ ನಮಗೆ ಹಿಂಜರಿಕೆ ಬೇಕಾಗಿಲ್ಲ.

ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕನ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹತಾಶೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಮೋಡ ಕವಿದಿದೆ. ಸೋಲಿನ ಆಘಾತವನ್ನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ತಾಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಸೋಲಿನ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಒಬ್ಬರ ಮೇಲೆ ಒಬ್ಬರು ಹಾಕುವ ಕ್ಶುಲ್ಲಕ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ.  ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆ ರಾಜಕಾರಣದ ಆರೋಫವೂ ಕೇಳಿಬಂದಿದೆ. ಬಿ. ಎಲ್ ಸಂತೋಷ ರಾಜಯ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ರಾಜಕಾರಣವನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ತಮ್ಮ ಕಾಲಾಳುಗಳನ್ನು ಅಖಾಡಾಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಿ. ಟಿ. ರವಿ, ಬಸನಗೌಡ ಯತ್ನಾಳ್ ಮೊದಲಾದವರು ಒಂದೆಡೆ ಯಡೀಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರನ್ನು ಇನ್ನೊಂದೆಡೆ ಬಸವರಾಜ್ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಟಾರ್ಗೆಟ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡತೊಡಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಇದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಆಂತರಿಕ ಬಿಕ್ಕಟ್ಟು ಉಲ್ಬಣಗೊಂಡಿರುವುದರ ಲಕ್ಷಣ, ಇವರಿಗೆ ಬೆನ್ನೆಲುಬಾಗಿ ಸಂಘ ಪರಿವಾರವೂ ಇದೆ ಎನ್ನುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾವ ಸಾಕ್ಷ್ಯವೂ ಬೇಕಾಗಿಲ್ಲ..

ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ವರಿಷ್ಠರಾದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಮತ್ತು ಗೃಹ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಅಮಿತ್ ಶಾ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜಕಾರಣದ ಒಳ ಸುಳಿಗಳು ಅರ್ಥವಾಗತೊಡಗಿದಂತಿದೆ. ಯಡೀಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟುವುದು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದು ಅರಿವೆಗೆ ಬಂದಂತಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಕಳೆದ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರನ್ನು ದೆಹಲಿಗೆ ಕರೆಸಿ ಹೈಕಮಾಂಡ್ ಮಾತುಕತೆ ನಡೆಸಿತು.. ಒಂದಾನೊಂದು ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರ ಆಪ್ತ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಶೋಭಾ ಕರಂದ್ಲಾಜೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಪಕ್ಷದ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಘಟಕದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರನ್ನಾಗಿಸುವ ಕುರಿತು ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಯಿತು ಎಂಬುದು ಮಾಹಿತಿ.ಇಂತಹ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಈ ಬಿಕ್ಕಟ್ಟಿನಿಂದ ಹೇಗೆ ಹೊರ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ನೋಡಬೇಕು. ಇದರ ಮೇಲೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಭವಿಶ್ಯ ನಿಂತಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಸತ್ಯ

Siddaramaiah has spoken of re-examining the land guidance value. Due to this one can expect some higher income.

Siddaramaiah has made his priority in revenue distribution clear.. He has earmarked 12 percent of his budjet income for the education sector. This is welcome..Education is what shapes the next generation..so much emphasis is given in this budget on women's welfare. 7% of the advance letter has been earmarked for the women and welfare sector. Having already arranged free travel for women through Shakti Yojana, the government has made it clear that after education, women's welfare is its next priority by providing more grants.

In this budget
, the government reiterated its commitment to fulfill the five guarantees for which Siddaramaiah has withdrawn Rs 52,000 crore.

In his advance letter, Siddaramaiah compared his government with the previous government. He has provided statistics on this.. It cannot be denied that there is a political motive behind this. But the argument of each party that the entire advance letter is a political advance letter is not correct. Also, this is not the first time that politics has infiltrated the advance letter.

JDS leader H. D. Kumaraswamy went a step ahead of the BJP and criticized Siddaramaiah's advance letter. ಮುಂಗಡ ಪತ್ರ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಕೇವಲ ಆದಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ಖರ್ಚಿನ ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಪತ್ರ ಅಲ್ಲ. ಅದಕ್ಕೂ ಮೀರಿದ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ಇರುವುದು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದ್ಯತೆಗಳೇನು ? ಸಮಾಜದ ಯಾವ ವರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಮುಂಗಡ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹಣಕಾಸಿನ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಮಹತ್ವದ್ದಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಾಗೆ ಈ ಮುಂಗಡ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಿಸರಿಸಲಾದ ತೆರಿಗೆ ನೀತಿ.. ಒಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತನ್ನ ಆದಾಯವನ್ನು ಯಾವುದರಿಂದ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದೆ ? ಯಾವುದರ ಮೇಲೆ ತೆರಿಗೆ ವಿಧಿಸಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಶಿಸ್ತನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆಯೇ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ..

ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಬದುಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇದು ಅತಿ ದೊಡ್ದ ಮುಂಗಡ ಪತ್ರ. ಸುಮಾರು ಗಂಟೆಯ ಕಾಲ ಅವರು ಮುಂಗಡ ಪತ್ರದ ಮಂಡನೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಅವರು ಮಂಡಿಸಿದ ಮುಂಗಡ ಪತ್ರದ ಗಾತ್ರ,೩ ಲಕ್ಷ ೨೭ ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋಟಿಗಳು.. ಈ ಬೃಹತ್ ಗಾತ್ರದ ಮುಂಗಡಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಪ್ರತಿ ಶತ ೫೦ ರಷ್ಟು ಹಣವನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಸಂಗ್ರಹದ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಜಿಎಸ್ಟಿ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾರಿಯಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಸಂಗ್ರಹದ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳು ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿವೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳಿಗೆ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಲು ಇರುವ ಅವಕಾಶ ಎಂದರೆ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಮುದ್ರಾಂಕ, ಪೆಟ್ರೂಲ್ ಮೇಲೆ ಸೆಸ್ ಹಾಗು ಅಬ್ಕಾರಿ.. ಇಂತಹ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪೆಟ್ರೂಲ್ ಮುಟ್ಟುವ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಪೆಟ್ರೂಲ್ ಬೆಲೆ ಗಗನವನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಮತ್ತೆ ಬೆಲೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳವಾದರೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಆಕ್ರೋಶಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅಬ್ಕಾರಿ ಮೇಲಿನ ಸುಂಕವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಶತ ೨೦ ರಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಮದ್ಯ ಪ್ರಿಯರಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಹೊರೆಯಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಯಾರೂ ಕೂಡ ಬಹಿರಂಗವಾಗಿ ಮದ್ಯದ ಮೇಲಿನ ತೆರಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿದ್ದನ್ನು ಟೀಕಿಸುವ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಕುಡುಕರು ಮಾತ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಬೈದುಕೊಂಡು ಮದ್ಯಪಾನ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಅಷ್ಟೇ,,

ಇನ್ನು ಉಳಿದಂತೆ ಲಾಣ್ಡ್ ಗೈಡೆನ್ಸ್ ವಾಲ್ಯೂ ವನ್ನು ಪುನರ್ ವಿಮರ್ಶಿಸುವ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಆಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಮಟ್ಟಿನ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಆದಾಯವನ್ನು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು..

ಉಳಿದಂತೆ ಆದಾಯ ಹಂಚಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಆದ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.. ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮುಂಗಡ ಪತ್ರದ ಪ್ರತಿಶತ ೧೨ ರಷ್ಟು ಆದಾಯವನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಗೆದಿರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದು ಸ್ವಾಗತಾರ್ಹ.. ಶಿಕ್ಶಣ ಅನ್ನುವುದು ಮುಂದಿನ ಜನಾಂಗವನ್ನು ರೂಪಗೊಳಿಸುವಂತಹುದು.. ಹಾಗೆ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಈ ಮುಂಗಡಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಒತ್ತು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮುಂಗಡ ಪತ್ರದ ಪ್ರತಿಶತ ೭ ರಷ್ಟು ಹಣವನ್ನು ಮಹಿಳಾ ಮತ್ತು ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಗೆದಿರಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ,ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಉಚಿತ ಪ್ರವಾಸದ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅನುದಾನವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ನಂತರ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ತನ್ನ ನಂತರದ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದೆ..

ಈ ಮುಂಗಡ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಐದೂ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಷ್ಟಾನಗೊಳಿಸುವ ತಮ್ಮ ಬದ್ಧತೆಯನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದೆ, ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ೫೨ ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ತೆಗೆದಿಸಿರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. 

ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಮಯ್ಯ ತಮ್ಮ ಮುಂಗಡ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಜೊತೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ತುಲನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಅಂಕಿ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.. ಇದರ ಹಿಂದೆ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಇರುವುದನ್ನು ಅಲ್ಲಗಳೆಯಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಇಡೀ ಮುಂಗಡ ಪತ್ರ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಮುಂಗಡ ಪತ್ರ ಎಂಬ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳ ವಾದ ಸರಿ ಎನ್ನಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಮುಂಗಡ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ನುಸುಳಿರುವುದು ಇದು ಮೊದಲೇನೂ ಅಲ್ಲ.

 ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಎಚ್.ಡಿ. ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಿಟ್ಟು ಬಂದಿದೆ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಆಕ್ರೋಶವನ್ನು ಹೊರ ಹಾಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ,, ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಸತತವಾಗಿ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರದ ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಒಬ್ಬ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಯಾಗಿ ಆಡಳಿತ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಕಿವಿ ಹಿಂಡುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.. ಅವರ ತಪ್ಪನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಜನತಂತ್ರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅದು ಅವರ ಕೆಲಸ, ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ನೀಡಿದ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ.. ಆದರೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಆರೋಪ ಯಾವ ರೀತಿಯದು ? ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳಸುವ ಭಾಷೆ ಯಾವುದು ? ಬಳಸಿದ ಭಾಷೆ ಸುಸಂಸ್ಕೃತವಾದದ್ದೇ ಎಂಬ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳು ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತವೆ..

ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಿಟ್ಟು ಬಂದಿದೆ, ಅದು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಮೇಲಿನ ಸಿಟ್ಟೇ ಅಥವಾ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಕೆಲವು ನಾಯಕರ ಮೇಲಿನ ಸಿಟ್ಟೇ ? ಒಂದೊಮ್ಮೆ ಕೆಲವು ನಾಯಕರ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರೆ ಆ ಸಿಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣಗಳೇನು ?

ಕಳೆದ ಒಂದು ವಾರದಿಂದ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರ ಸಿಟ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ,, ಅದು ಆಕ್ರೋಶದ ರೂಪ ತಾಳಿದೆ. ಅವರು ನಾಡಿನ ಹಿರಿಯ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಗಳೂ ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳೂ ಆಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಏನೋ ಸಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಭರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿಬಿಟ್ಟರು ಎಂದು ಸುಮ್ಮನಾಗುವಂತೆಯೂ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಅಂತೂ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡಿಯಾಗಿದೆ..

ಕಳೆದ ಎರಡು ದಿನಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಅವರು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಭ್ರಷ್ಠಾಚಾರದ ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳ ಸುತ್ತ ಮುತ್ತ ಇರುವವರು ೩೦ ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಲಂಚ ಕೇಳಿದರು ಎಂಬುದು ಅವರ ಆರೋಪವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಆರೋಪಕ್ಕೆ ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬ ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸಂಸದೀಯ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಬಿ.ಎಸ್. ಯಡೀಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರೂ ಬೆಂಬಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನ ಕೆಲವು ನಾಯಕರು, ಸಚಿವರು ಖಾರವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿದರು.. ಆರೋಪಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಿ.. ದೂರು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿ ಎಂದರು.. ಇದಾದ ಬೆನ್ನಲ್ಲೆ ಇನ್ನೋಮ್ದು ಆರೋಪ..

ರಾಜ್ಯ ಇಂಧನ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವು ಮಹತ್ವದ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆಗೆ ೧೦ ಕೋಟಿ ಲಂಚ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಈ ಹೊಸ ಆರೋಪ.. ಈ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ಪ್ರತಿದಿನದ ಕಮಾಯಿ ಎಂದೂ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಹಾಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿ ಇರುವ ಪೆನ್ ಡ್ರೈವ್ ಅನ್ನು ಅವರು ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದ ಮುಂದೆ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು.. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲ ಇದೆ, ತೋರಿಸ್ತೀನಿ ಎಂದರು ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ..

ಇದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಉಪಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ, ಕೆಪಿಸಿಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಡಿ. ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಟಾರ್ಗೆಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದರು..ಆದರೆ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಹೇಳಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಡಿ. ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಮೊದಲು ಏನಾಗಿದ್ದರು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ವ್ಯಂಗ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತ ನಾನು ಹಾಗಲ್ಲ, ಕಷ್ಟ ಪಟ್ಟು ಮೇಲೆ ಬಂದವನು. ನನ್ನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುವಾಗ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ಇರಲಿ ಎಂದೂ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದರು..

ಈಗ ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಮೊದಲ ಆರೋಪದತ್ತ ನೋಡೋಣ.. ಇಂಧನ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಣದ ದಂಧೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಈ ಆರೋಪ. ಇದು ಸುಳ್ಳು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಲಿ ಸತ್ಯ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಲಿ ನಮ್ಮಂಥ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಬಳಿ ಯಾವ ದಾಖಲೆಯೂ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಸಾಧಾರಣವಾಗಿ ಇಂತಹ ಆರೋಪ ಬಂದಾಗ ಇರಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಜನ ಭಾವಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ ಇವತ್ತು ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಯಾವ ಹಂತವನ್ನು ತಲುಪಿದೆ ಎಂದರೆ ಯಾವುದೋ ಒಂದು ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದರೆ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಜನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಿಕತೆಯ ಮಾತನ್ನು ನಂಬುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ನಡೆದಿದೆ ಎಂದರೆ ನಂಬುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಆರೋಪಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಗುವ ಪ್ರಚಾರ ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವುದಕ್ಕೂ ಸಿಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಒಂದೊಮ್ಮೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಆರೋಪ ಸುಳ್ಳಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ? ಆರೋಪಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯ ಗೌರವ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಟೆಯ ಗತಿ ಏನು ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಬಹುದು. ಆದರೆ ಇಂದಿನ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅರೋಪ ಮಾಡಿದವರಾಗಲೀ ಆರೋಪಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಾಗಾದವರಾಗಲಿ ಈ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ಅಶ್ಃಟು ಗಂಬೀರವಾಗಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ನನಗೆ ಅನ್ನಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ..

ಈಗ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿಯವರ ಟಾರ್ಗೆಟ್ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಎನ್ನುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಉಪಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರ ಗುರಿ , ಇದಕ್ಕೂ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿವೆ, ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ದೇವೇಗೌಡರ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಟ್ಟು ಧ್ವೇಷ ಇದೆ.. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅವರದೇ ಆದ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿವೆ,, ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರಿಗೂ ದೇವೇಗೌಡರ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಒಳ್ಳೇ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಇದು ಸೈದ್ದಾಂತಿಕ ಸಿಟ್ಟಲ್ಲ. ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಸಿಟ್ಟು. ಇನ್ನೂ ಡಿ. ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗರ ನಾಯಕರಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅವರ ನಾಯಕತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಸವಾಲು ಹಾಕುವುದು ರಾಜಕೀಯವಾಗಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯ ಎನ್ನಿಸಿದೆ. ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ ದೇವೇಗೌಡ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರ ಸಾಮ್ರಾಜ್ಯ ಹಳೇ ಮೈಸೂರು ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಸಿಯುತ್ತಿದೆ, ಅವರಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಸಾಮ್ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಸವಾಲು. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಡಿ. ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ದುರ್ಬಲಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ,,

ಇನ್ನೂ ಬ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರದ ವಿಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದರೆ ಮೊದಲು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳ ಕಚೇರಿಯನ್ನು ಟಾರ್ಗೆಟ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ನಂತರ ಇಂಧನ ಇಲಾಖೆಯನ್ನು ಟಾರ್ಗೆಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಇಂಧನ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಹೊತ್ತ ಕೆ.ಜೆ. ಜಾರ್ಜ್ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರ ಆಪ್ತರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬರು. ಇವರಿಗೆ ಕಲ್ಲು ಹೊಡೆಯುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರನ್ನು ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿಸುವುದು ಅವರ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಇದ್ದಂತಿದೆ,

ಈಗಿರುವ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಎಂದರೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಈ ಆರೋಪಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಏನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬುದು. ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರ ಕೊಡುವ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸಚಿವರು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇಷ್ಟೇ ಸಾಕೆ ? ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಬದುಕಿನ ಗೌರವ ಕುಸಿದ ಇಂದಿನ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಆರೋಪಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆಯೆ ? ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದೇ ಹೇಳಬೇಕು.. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಕಾಲದ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ಮುಂದಾಗಿರುವ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯ ಕೊಡುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಕಡಿಮೆ. ಓಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ಇಂತಹ ದುರಂತ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ತಲುಪಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದೇ ಬೇಸರದ ವಿಷಯ.

JDS leader former Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy reiterated the allegation of Rs 30 lakh bribe. He asked the government if it is possible for you to investigate this.

But what I am going to mention in this article is a different issue, today in Freedom Park of the city K.S. Eshwarappa's speech. Ajit Pawar is getting ready in Karnataka. This government will fall within the next three months. If Eshwarappa had spoken this word alone, it would have happened even if it was not taken seriously. But yesterday Kumaraswamy had spoken about this same Ajit Pawar. Is it a coincidence that these two leaders of BJP and Congress spoke at the same time or is it a foreshadowing of the joint operation of both the parties? I don't think this is a coincidence. There has been a debate in the political circles for the last few days about the alignment of BJP and JDS. Complementary to this is the attitude of both the parties. Note the development today. Yeddyurappa, a member of the BJP's Parliamentary Board, expressed his full support to Kumaraswamy's allegation of Rs 30 lakh bribe. He also sought Kumaraswamy's support for the fight related to guarantee anushtana. Yeddyurappa also talked about preparing the outline of the struggle in consultation with Kumaraswamy. What does this mean? Don't we fight against the Congress together? If so, the question now is whether the joint fight against Congress has already started. However, BJP and JDS are not in a position to give up this effort.

Kumaraswamy and Eshwarappa should have shown a little shame when they said that the Maharashtra operation is going on in Karnataka.. What happened in Maharashtra is a sign of declining democracy, the arrogance that the mandate can be changed at will.. Betrayal of the common electorate who voted..

It is the biggest tragedy of Karnataka politics in India that Kumaraswamy is indirectly supporting this.

 ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ರಂಗೇರುತ್ತಿದೆ.. ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಮೂರು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ತಾವೇನು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಮನದಟ್ಟು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುತ್ತಿವೆ.. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಿದ ಐದು ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿಗಳ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದೆ, ಶಕ್ತಿ ಯೋಜನೆ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಅನ್ನ ಭಾಗ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಕ ತೊಡಕು. ಭಾರತ ಆಹಾರ ನಿಗಮ ಅಕ್ಕಿ ನೀಡಲು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿರುವದರಿಂದ ಅಕ್ಕಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ..ಅಕ್ಕಿಯ ಬದಲು ಹಣ ನೀಡಲು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮುಂದಾಗಿದೆ. ಚುನಾವಣೆಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ ೪೦ ಪರ್ಸೆಂಟ್ ಕಮೀಷನ್ ಆರೋಪಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ. ಹಾಗೆ ಬಿಟ್ ಕಾಯಿನ್ ಹಗರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಮರು ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ..

ಈ ನಡುವೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಮತ್ತು ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ದಾಳಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿವೆ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸದನದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿಗಳ ಅನುಷ್ಟಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಮಂಗಳವಾರ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಿತು. ಈ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಕಟೀಲ್ ಮೊದಲಾದವರು ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ಸದನದ ಒಳಗೆ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ದಿನದ ಕಲಾಪವನ್ನೆಲ್ಲ ನುಂಗಿಹಾಕಿತು.. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಸದನದ ಸಭಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರ ಮುಂದಿನ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಧರಣಿ ನಡೆಸಿದರು. ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಮಾತಿನ ಚಕಮಕಿಯೂ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಆದರೂ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಶಾಸಕಾಂಗ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕರ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಮಂಗಳವಾರವೂ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ.. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕರಿಲ್ಲದೇ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಎಲ್ಲ ಸದಸ್ಯರೂ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕರಂತೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದರು..

ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ನಾಯಕ ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಎಚ್.ಡಿ. ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ೩೦ ಲಕ್ಷದ ಲಂಚದ ಆರೋಪವನ್ನು ಪುನರುಚ್ಚರಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತನಿಖೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ನಿಮಗೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯವೇ ಎಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದರು.

ಆದರೆ ಈ ಲೇಖನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪ ಮಾಡಲು ಹೊರಟಿರುವುದು ಬೇರೆ ವಿಚಾರ, ಇವತ್ತು ನಗರದ ಫ್ರೀಡಮ್ ಪಾರ್ಕ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆ.ಎಸ್. ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪ ಆಡಿದ ಮಾತು. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಜಿತ್ ಪವಾರ್ ಸಿದ್ದವಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮುಂದಿನ ಮೂರು ತಿಂಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಈ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬಿದ್ದು ಹೋಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪ ಒಬ್ಬರೇ ಈ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಆಡಿದ್ದರೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳದಿದ್ದರೂ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ನಿನ್ನೆ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿಯವರು ಇದೇ ಅಜಿತ್ ಪವಾರ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ನ ಈ ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ನಾಯಕರು ಒಂದೇ ರೀತಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದು ಕಾಕತಾಣೀಯವೇ ಅಥವಾ ಎರಡೂ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಒಂದಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸಲಿರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಯ ಮುನ್ಸೂಚನೆಯೆ ? ಇದು ಕಾಕತಾಳೀಯ ಎಂದು ನನಗೆ ಅನ್ನಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಮತ್ತು ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ಕಳೆದ ಕೆಲವು ದಿನಗಳಿಂದ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರಕ ಎಂಬಂತೆ ಎರಡೂ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳ ವರ್ತನೆಯೂ ಇದೆ. ಇವತ್ತಿನ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯನ್ನೇ ಗಮನಿಸಿ. ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ಮಾಡಿದ ೩೦ ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಲಂಚದ ಆರೋಪಕ್ಕೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಸಂಸದೀಯ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಬೆಂಬಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.. ಹಾಗೆ ತಾವು ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಅನುಷ್ಟಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಹೋರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರ ಬೆಂಬಲವನ್ನು ಕೋರಿದರು. ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಜೊತೆ ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಹೋರಾಟದ ರೂಪುರೇಷೆಯನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸುವ ಮಾತನ್ನೂ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಆಡಿದರು. ಇದರ ಅರ್ಥ ಏನು ? ನಾವು ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಜೊತೆಯಾಗಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದೇ ಅಲ್ಲವೆ ? ಹಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ಜಂಟಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗಿದೆಯೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಈಗಿನ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ. ಹಾಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಜಿತ್ ಪವಾರ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಒಂದೇ ಧ್ವನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಜಂಟಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನೇ ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ,

ಅಜಿತ್ ಪವಾರ್ ಯಾರಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ ನೋಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಹೇಳಿರುವುದು, ಮೂರು ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬೀಳುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪ ಹೇಳಿರುವ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಜೊತೆಗಿಟ್ಟು ನೋಡಿ. ಆಗ ಇನ್ನೂ ಕೆಲವು ಅಂಶಗಳು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗುತ್ತವೆ,, ಕರ್ನಾನಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಮಾದರಿಯ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ವಿಪ್ಲವವನ್ನು ಉಂಟು ಮಾಡುವುದು ಈ ಎರಡೂ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳ ಉದ್ದೇಶ, ಈ ಯತ್ನ ಈಗಲೇ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಅದು ನಿಜವಾಗಲು ಎರಡೂ ತಿಂಗಳು ಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಈ ಮಾತುಗಳು ಸೂಚಿಸುತ್ತವೆ

ಅಜಿತ್ ಪವಾರ್ ಗಾಗಿ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಮತ್ತು ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪ ಹುಡುಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಂತಹ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದ್ದಾರೋ ಇಲ್ಲವೋ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ದಪಡಿಸಲು ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಮೂರು ತಿಂಗಳು ಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದು ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪ ಅವರ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಂದರೆ ಈ ಮೂರು ತಿಂಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಅಜಿತ್ ಪವಾರ್ ರನ್ನು ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಯ ಎಜೆನ್ಸಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿ ಬಗ್ಗಿಸಬೇಕು. ಇದು ಅಷ್ಟು ಸುಲಭವಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿದೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಪ್ರಭಲ ನಾಯಕರೆಂದರೆ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಮಾತ್ರ, ಡಿ ಕೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ಅಸ್ತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿದರೂ ಅವರು ಬಗ್ಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವರ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಿಷ್ಟೆ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಾತೀತ. ಇನ್ನೂ ಬೇರೆ ಯಾರಿಗೂ ಅಜಿತ್ ಪವಾರ್ ಆಗುವ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಇಲ್ಲ.. 

ಆದರೂ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಮತ್ತು ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಈ ಯತ್ನ ಬಿಡುವ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲೂ ಇಲ್ಲ.

ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಮತ್ತು ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪ ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವಾಗ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪವಾದರೂ ಲಜ್ಜೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿತ್ತು.. ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದು ಜನತಂತ್ರ ಕುಸಿಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಲಕ್ಷಣ, ಜನಾದೇಶವನ್ನೂ ಹೇಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದರೂ ಬದಲಿಸಬಹುದು ಎಂಬ ದುರಹಂಕಾರ.. ಮತ ನೀಡಿದ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಮತದಾರಿಗೆ ಮಾಡುವ ದ್ರೋಹ..

ಇದನ್ನು ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಭಾರತದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜಕಾರಣದ ಅತಿ ದೊಡ್ಡ ದುರಂತ,, 

Why did I oppose BJP? Why am I still protesting?

A lot of people have been calling me since the Congress government came to power in the state.

Sir Congress came to power. If you win the lottery,

Sir, what's wrong with you sir, all your problems are solved.. make some money and let it settle..

Why do they all say these words? The answer to this is simple.. I am one of the handful of journalists who opposed the BJP during the last Vidhan Sabha elections. Also, the truth is that I have not criticized the Congress party much, if you look at it, it does not mean that there was nothing to criticize the Congress party.. I did not criticize the Congress party because I believed that BJP is the only way for the social life of this state to go communal and establish religion as absolute. I was also cautious that criticizing the Congress party would benefit the BJP. Also, I did not agree with the way BJP tried to come to power. That's why I used to criticize BJP..

Everyone remembers how the BJP government came to power in the state..17 MLAs were taken to Mumbai to topple the coalition government of Congress and JDS. All of them eventually became popular as Mumbai Friends. Resigning at the hands of these MLAs and making them re-elect in elections and then forming the government was not acceptable to anyone who respects parliamentary democracy. This was a shameful episode that blew away all democratic values.

Look what happened after BJP formed the government in the state.. the minorities of the state were targeted. The Hijab controversy was created, the Azan issue was created. Halal meat was converted into a controversy.. Muslims trading near temples were driven away. An agitation was held to prevent Muslims from doing business near Hindu temples. The governing bodies of several Hindu temples were made to decide that Muslim traders were not allowed there under special circumstances.

In addition to this, the ruler of this country named Tippoo Sultan was targeted.. His public works were hidden and he was promoted as a bigot. An environment was created where the people of this state saw everything in the eyes of communalism.

The BJP also attempted the misadventure of changing the textbooks, adding texts describing the Sangh workers who supported the British and hiding in kitchens as great leaders during the War of Independence. The state government also started the work of changing Karnataka into Uttar Pradesh.. The work of spreading lies as if Uttar Pradesh is a model state of this country was also going on. Karnataka, the land of Basavanna, Sant Shishunala Sharipa, Kuvempu, was beginning to show signs of turning into a bulldozer state..

Godi media was busy praising the BJP party and the government.. Media engaged in praising Modi and Yogi was struggling to create an atmosphere that BJP would come back to power in the state.

At such a time Rahul Gandhi started the Bharat Jodo campaign. Common people of the state marched with Rahul Gandhi. He was laying the foundation for rapport with the common people.. but our media did not give enough publicity to this. Even when Rahul Gandhi was in Karnataka, our media was mesmerized by the live coverage of BJP events. Common people never thought why Rahul Gandhi is coming with him..

I felt that it was the duty of journalists like us to oppose the BJP in such a situation..When all the media were speaking in one voice, I started speaking in a different voice. Then the Bhakta Gana accused me of being a Congress agent.. Those who have made it a tradition to pay money to the media started accusing me that the Congress paid money to me.. But I did what I had to do. I appeal to those who see my news analysis to support me. Many people helped me in their best way.. One hundred two hundred five hundred and so on sent me money. I managed my expenses somehow with this money. Even now, the help of such people has kept me alive.

I am the official contact. Not a relationship. I once met Siddaramaiah as a courtesy during the election campaign. I have not met any other politicians.. I have not met any ministers or other leaders since the Congress government came to power. Because I know that very soon the occasion will come to criticize the Congress party and the government.

ನಾನು ಯಾಕೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿದೆ ? ಈಗಲೂ ಯಾಕೆ ವಿರೋಢಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ ?

 

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬಂದ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಹಳಷ್ಟು ಜನ ನನಗೆ ಫೋನ್ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಲೇ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ..

ಸಾರ್ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂತು. ನಿಮಗೆ ಲಾಟರಿ ಹೊಡೆದಂಗೆ,,

ಸಾರ್ ಇನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೇನು ಸಾರ್, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಷ್ಟ ಎಲ್ಲ ಬಗೇಹರಿತು.. ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಕಾಸು ಮಾಡಿ ಸೆಟ್ಟಲ್ ಆಗಿ ಬಿಡಿ.. 

ಇವರೆಲ್ಲ ಈ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾಕೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ ? ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಉತ್ತರ ಸರಳ.. ಕಳೆದ ವಿಧಾನ ಸಭಾ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿದ ಬೆರಳೆಣಿಕೆಯ ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತರಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನೂ ಒಬ್ಬ.. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಪಕ್ಷ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ತೊಲಗ ಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಈ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಮತದಾರನಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷವನ್ನು ನಾನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಟೀಕಿಸಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದು ಸತ್ಯ,, ಹಾಗೆ ನೋಡಿದರೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷವನ್ನು ಟೀಕಿಸಲು ಏನೂ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಅರ್ಥವಲ್ಲ.. ಈ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಬದುಕಿಗೆ, ಕೋಮುವಾದ ಹೋಗಿ ಧರ್ಮ ನಿರಪೇಕ್ಷವಾದ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿತವಾಗುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಹೋಗುವುದೊಂದೇ ದಾರಿ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ನಂಬಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷವನ್ನು ಟೀಕಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷವನ್ನು ಟೀಕಿಸಿದರೆ ಅದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ಲಾಭವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬ ಜಾಗರೂಕತೆ ಕೂಡ ನನ್ನ ಈ ನಿಲುಯಲ್ಲಿತ್ತು.. ಕುವೆಂಫು ಆವರು ಬಯಸಿದ ಸರ್ವ ಜನಾಂಗದ ಶಾಂತಿಯ ತೋಟ ಈ ನಾಡಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ನಂಬಿದವನು. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಲು ಅನಿಸರಿಸಿದ ಮಾರ್ಗ ಕೂಡ ನಾನು ಒಪ್ಪುವಂತಹದಾಗಿಒರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯನ್ನು ಟೀಕಿಸುತ್ತ ಬಂದ..

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹೇಗೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂತು ಎಂಬುದು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ನೆನಪಿನಲ್ಲಿದೆ..ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ನ ಮೈತ್ರಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಕೆಡವಲು ೧೭ ಜನ ಶಾಸಕರನ್ನು ಮುಂಬೈಗೆ ಕರೆದೊಯ್ಯಲಾಯಿತು. ಇವರೆಲ್ಲ ಮುಂಬೈ ಫ್ರೆಂಡ್ಸ್ ಎಂದೇ ಕೊನೆಗೆ ಜನಪ್ರಿಯರಾದರು. ಈ ಶಾಸಕರ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ ಕೊಡಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ಅವರು ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ನಂತರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರಚಿಸಿದ್ದು ಸಂಸದೀಯ ಜನತಂತ್ರವನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸುವವರು ಯಾರೂ ಒಪ್ಪುವ ವಿಚಾರ ವಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಎಲ್ಲ ಜನತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಗಾಳಿಗೆ ತೂರಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಹಿಡಿದ ನಾಚಿಕೆಗೇಡಿನ ಪ್ರಸಂಗ ಇದಾಗಿತ್ತು..

ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರಚಿಸಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಏನಾಯಿತು ನೋಡಿ.. ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಅಲ್ಪ ಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರನ್ನು ಟಾರ್ಗೆಟ್ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಹಿಜಾಬ್ ವಿವಾದವನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಲಾಯಿತು, ಅಜಾನ್ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ದ್ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಹಲಾಲ ಮಾಂಸ ಒಂದು ವಿವಾದವಾಗಿ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು.. ದೇವಾಲಯಗಳ ಸಮೀಪ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ಮಾಡುವ ಮುಸ್ಲೀಮ್ ರನ್ನು ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಓಡಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಹಿಂದೂ ದೇವಾಲಯಗಳ ಸಮೀಪ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ರು ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ನಡೆಸದಂತೆ ಆಂದೋಲನ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಹಲವಾರು ಹೀಂದೂ ದೇವಾಲಯಗಳ ಆಡಳಿಯ ಮಂಡಳಿಗಳು ವಿಶೇಷ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಸ್ಲೀಂ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಕಾಶ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು,,

ಇದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ  ಟಿಪ್ಪೂ  ಸುಲ್ತಾನ್ ಎಂಬ ಈ ನಾಡಿನ ದೊರೆಯನ್ನು ಟಾರ್ಗೆಟ್ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು.. ಆತ ಮಾಡಿದ ಜನಪರ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಮರೆ ಮಾಚಿ ಆತ ಧರ್ಮಾಂಧ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಚಾರ ಮಾಡಲಯಿತು. ಈ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜನ ಕೋಮುವಾದದ ಕಣ್ಣಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ನೋಡುವಂಥ ವಾತಾವರಣ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಪಠ್ಯ ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳನ್ನು ಬದಲಿಸುವ ದುಸ್ಸಾಹಸಕ್ಕೂ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಕೈಹಾಕಿತು, ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಸಂಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಬ್ರೀಟೀಷರಿಗೆ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡಿ ಅಡುಗೆ ಮನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಡಗಿದ್ದ ಸಂಘದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರನ್ನು ಮಹಾನ್ ನಾಯಕರು ಎಂದು ಬಣ್ಣಿಸುವ ಪಠ್ಯ ಗಳು ಸೇರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.. ಯಾರ್ಯಾರೋ ವಾಟ್ಸ್ ಅಪ್ ಯುನಿವರ್ಸಿಟಿಯ ಕಾಲಾಳುಗಳು ಬರೆದ ಲೇಖನಗಳು ಪಠ್ಯ ಪುಸ್ತಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾಗ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡವು. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕವನ್ನು ಉತ್ತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ಣೂ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿತು.. ಉತ್ತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ಈ ದೇಶದ ಮಾದರಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಎಂಬಂತೆ ಸುಳ್ಳುಗಳನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲೆಡೆ ಹರಡುವ ಕೆಲಸವೂ ನಡೆಯತೊಡಗಿತ್ತು. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಎಂಬ ಬಸವಣ್ಣ, ಸಂತ ಶಿಶುನಾಳ ಷರೀಪರು, ಕುವೆಂಪು ಅವರ ನಾಡು ಬುಲ್ಡೋಜರ್ ರಾಜ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಬದಲಾಗುವ ಲಕ್ಷಣ ಗೋಚರಿಸತೊಡಗಿತ್ತು..

ಗೋದಿ ಮೀಡಿಯಾ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಪಕ್ಷ ಮತ್ತು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಗುಣಗಾನ ಮಾಡುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರತವಾಗಿತ್ತು.. ಮೋಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಯೋಗಿ ಗುಣಗಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿದ್ದ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬ ವಾತಾವರಣ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಲು ಹೆಣಗಾಡುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. 

ಇಂತಹ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಭಾರತ್ ಜೋಡೋ ಅಭಿಯಾನವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದರು. ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಜನ ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಅವರ ಜೊತೆ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ಹಾಕಿದರು. ಅವರು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಜನರ ಜೊತೆ ಬಾಂಧವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬುನಾದಿ ಹಾಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.. ಆದರೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಪ್ರಚಾರ ನೀಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದಾಗಲೂ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ನೇರ ಪ್ರಸಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳು ಮೈಮರೆತಿದ್ದವು. ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಜನ ಯಾಕೆ ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಅವರ ಜೊತೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದೂ ಯೋಚನೆ ಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ..

ಇಂಥ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸುವುದು ನಮ್ಮಂತಹ ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತರ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ಎಂದು ನನಗೆ ಅನ್ನಿಸಿತು..ಎಲ್ಲ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳೂ ಒಂದೇ ಧ್ವನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗ ನಾನು ವಿಭಿನ್ನ ಧ್ವನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡತೊಡಗಿದೆ. ಆಗ ಭಕ್ತ ಗಣ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಏಜೆಂಟ್ ಎಂದು ದೂಷಿಸಿತು.. ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ದುಡ್ಡು ಕೊಡುವುದನ್ನು ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡವರು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನನಗೆ ದುಡ್ದು ನೀಡಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸತೊಡಗಿದರು.. ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಏನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕೋ ಅದನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ನನ್ನ ಸುದ್ದಿ ವಿಶ್ಲೇಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ನೋಡುವವರಿಗೆ ನನಗೆ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ತುಂಬಾ ಜನ ತಮ್ಮ ಕೈಲಾದಷ್ಟು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಿದರು.. ನೂರು ಇನ್ನೂರು ಐನೂರು ಹೀಗೆ ನನಗೆ ಹಣ ಕಳಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಹಣದಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಖರ್ಚನ್ನು ಹೇಗೋ ನಿಭಾಯಿಸಿದೆ. ಈಗಲೂ ಇಂತಹ ಜನ ಮಾಡುವ ಸಹಾಯವೇ ನನ್ನ ಬದುಕಿಸಿದೆ,,

ನಾನು ಅಧಿಕಾರಸ್ಥರ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡವನು. ಸಂಬಂಧವನ್ನಲ್ಲ. ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಪ್ರಚಾರದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೌಜನ್ಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೆ. ಬೇರೆ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಗಳನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ.. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದ ಮೇಲೆ ಯಾವ ಸಚಿವರನ್ನು ಇತರ ನಾಯಕರನ್ನೂ ನಾನು ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾದಿಲ್ಲ. ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ ಬಹುಬೇಗ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷ ಮತ್ತು ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಟೀಕಿಸುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭ ಬಂದೇ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ನನಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತು.

ಅಜಿತ್ ಪವಾರ್ ಜೊತೆ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಯಕರಾದ ಪ್ರಫುಲ್ ಪಟೇಲ್, ಜಗನ್ ಭುಜಬಲ್ ಕೂಡ ಕಮಲದ ಮೋಹಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಿದ್ದರು..ಶರದ್ ಪವಾರ್ ಅವರ ಜೊತೆ ಎನ್ ಸಿ ಪಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿದವರಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹುತೇಕರು ಪಕ್ಕದ ಮನೆಗೆ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ಹಾಕಿಯಾಗಿತ್ತು.. ಈ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ನಡೆಯಲು ಕಾರಣಗಳೇನು ? ದಿನ ಬೆಳಗಾಗುವದರೊಳಗೆ ಈ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ನಡೆಯಿತೆ ಎಂಬ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗೆ ಉತ್ತರ ಇಲ್ಲ..

ಎನ್ ಸಿ ಪಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಹಂಚಿಕೆಯ ತಿಕ್ಕಾಟ ನಡೆಯಲು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗಿ ಅಟೋ ಕಾಲವಾಗಿತ್ತು.. ಪವಾರ್ ರಾಜಕೀಯವಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಮಗಳನ್ನು ಮುನ್ನೆಲೆಗೆ ತರಲು ಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಳು. ಇದು ಅಜಿತ್ ಪವಾರ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಆಶಾಭಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿತ್ತು ಎಂಡು ಹೇಳಬಹುದಾದರೂ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಇದೊಂದೇ ಕಾರಣ ಅಲ್ಲ. ಉತ್ತಮ ಸಂಘಟಕರಾದ ಅಜಿತ್ ಪವಾರ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಒಳ ಒಪ್ಪಂದ ಮೊದಲಿನಿಂದಲೂ ಇತ್ತು. ಹಿಂದೊಮ್ಮೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಜೊತೆ ಒಂದಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮಾಡುವ ಅವರ ಯತ್ನ ಸಫಲವಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ..

ಆದರೆ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಲು ಕಾರಣ ಕೇವಲ ಅಜಿತ್ ಪವಾರ್ ಅಲ್ಲ.. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಬಹುಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರಣ.. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಒಂದಾಗಲು ಪಾಟ್ನಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಆತಂಕಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಿದ್ದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ.. ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಬರಲು ಸುಮಾರು ಒಂಬತ್ತು ತಿಂಗಳು ಇರುವಾಗ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಒಂದಾಗಲು ಹೊರಟಿರುವುದು ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಪಾಲಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಾಗತಾರ್ಹ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಆಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಈ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳ ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆಯ ಯತ್ನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂಚೋಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದವರು ಶರದ್ ಪವಾರ್,,  ಶರದ್ ಪವಾರ್ ಅವರು ದೇಶದ ರಾಜಕಾರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಇರದಂತೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಅವರನ್ನು ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿ ಹಾಕಬೇಕು.. ಇದನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಎನ್ ಸಿ ಪಿ ಪಕ್ಷವನ್ನೇ ಒಡೆದು ಬಿಡುವುದು ಎಂಬ ತೀರ್ಮಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂತು..ಈ ತೀರ್ಮಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಮಯ ಉಳಿಯಲಿಲ್ಲ.. ಸೈಡ್ ವಿಂಗ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಅಜಿತ್ ಪವಾರ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಗಾಳ ಹಾಕಿತು. ಉಪ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸ್ಥಾನದ ಆಮಿಷವನ್ನು ಒಡ್ಡಲಾಯಿತು.. ಅಜಿತ್ ಪವಾರ್ ನಗು ನಗುತ್ತ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯತ್ತ ಹೊರಟೇ ಬಿಟ್ಟರು.

ಅಜಿತ್ ಪವಾರ್ ಇಂದು ಉಪ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ವಚನ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದರು. ಅವರ ಜೊತೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಎಂಟು ಜನ ಸಚಿವರಾದರು..

ಶರದ್ ಪವಾರ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಹೆಣೆಯುವ ಯತ್ನದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಯಿತು ನಿಜ..ಆದರೆ ಶರದ್ ಪವಾರ್ ಉದ್ದವ್ ಠಾಕರೆ ಅಲ್ಲ.. ಅವರ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ನಡೆಯನ್ನು ಊಹಿಸುವುದೂ ಕಷ್ಟ.. ಈ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯ ನಂತರ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಶರದ್ ಪವಾರ್ ಶಾಂತವಾಗಿಯೇ ಇದ್ದರು.. ಯಾರನ್ನೂ ಟೀಕಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಮೋದಿಯವರನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮದೇ ಆದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಟೀಕಿಸಲು ಮರೆಯಲಿಲ್ಲ..

ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಭ್ರಷ್ಟರು ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಿದ್ದಿರಿ.. ನೀರಾವರಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವು ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವ್ಯವಹಾರ ಅಕ್ರಮ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಎರಡು ದಿನಗಳಾ ಹಿಂದೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಅರೋಫ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಿರಿ.. ಈಗ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಹೋದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕರೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಅವರನ್ನು ಆರೋಪ ಮುಕ್ತರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಿದರು ಶರದ್ ಪವಾರ್.

ಉಪಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಜಿತ್ ಪವಾರ ಅವರು ನೀಡಿದ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ;

. ಇದು ನನ್ನ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಬದುಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸದಲ್ಲ.. ಕೆಲವು ದಿನ ಕಾಯಿತಿ ಎಂದವರು ಶರದ್ ಪವಾರ್.

ಬಂಡಾಯ ನಾಯಕರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆ..ನಾವು ಪಕ್ಶ್ಃಅವನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸಲು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ.. ಪಕ್ಶ್ಃಅದ ಶಾಸಕರು ಮತ್ತುಅ ನಾಯಕರು ಕುಳೀತು ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ,, ನಾನು ಪಕ್ಶ್ಃಅದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಶ್ಃಅನಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಫುಲ್ ಪಟೇಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸುನಿಲ್ ತಲ್ಕೆರೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ್ದೆ , ಅವರು ಆ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ.

ಕಳೆದ ಎರಡು  ದಿನಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂಡ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರು ಎನ್ ಸಿ ಪಿ ಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಎನ್ ಸಿ ಪಿ ಮುಗಿದ ಪಕ್ಷ ಎಂದೂ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದರು,, ನೀರಾವರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಇನ್ನಿತರ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರದ ಆರೋಪವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು, ಆದರೆ ಈಗ ನನ್ನ ಸಹೋದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಅವರನ್ನು ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಮುಕ್ತರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಕೃತಜ್ನನಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ..

೨೮೮ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ವಿಧಾನ ಸಭೆ,, ಎನ್ ಸಿ ಪಿ ೫೪ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿತ್ತು. ಈಗ ಎಷ್ಟು ಜನ ಅಜಿತ್ ಪವಾರ್ ಜೊತೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂಬ ವಿವರಗಳು ಹೊರಬರಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ,, ಪಕ್ಶ್ಃಅವನ್ನು ಒಡೆಯಲು ಕನಿಷ್ಟ ೨೯ ಶಾಸಕರ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಅಜಿತ್ ಪವಾರ್ ಗೆ ಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ,,

ಒಂದು ವರ್ಶದ ಹಿಂದೆ ಶಿವಸೇನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂಡಾಯ ಮಾಡಿದ  ಶಿಂದೆ ಮಹಾ ವಿಕಾಸ್ ಅಗಾಡಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಉರುಳಿಸಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಜ್ಪೊತೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು.. ಈಗ ಬಂಡಾಯ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದು ಎನ್ ಸಿ ಪಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ,,

ಡಬಲ್ ಎಂಜಿನ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಈಗ ಟಿಪಲ್ ಎಂಜಿನ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರವಾಗಿದೆ ಏಕನಾಥ್ ಶಿಂಧೆ,,

ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ವಾಶಿಂಗ್ ಮಿಷನ್ ಮತ್ತೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದೆ,,,ಈಗ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಜೊತೆ ಕೈಜೋಡಿಸಿದವರು ಇಡಿ, ಸಿಬಿಐ, ಎನ್ಕಂ ಟ್ಯಾಕ್ಸ್ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವವರು,, ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಅವರು ಶುದ್ಧರಾಗಿ ಹೊರಕ್ಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುತ್ತಾರೆ.. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರವನ್ನು ಬ್ ಇಜೆಪಿ ಮುಕ್ತ ಮಾಡಲು ಹೋರಾಡುತ್ತದೆ,,.

ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಎನ್ ಸಿ ಪಿ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟರ ಪಕ್ಷ.. ಅವರದು ಕುಟುಂಬ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಇವರೆಲ್ಲ ಲಕ್ಶಾಂತರ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.. ಹಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಶರದ್ ಪವಾರ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾಗಿರುವ ಅಜಿತ್ ಪವಾರ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಯಾಕೆ ಉಪ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಮಾಡಿದಿರಿ ?

ಭ್ರಷ್ಟರು ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ಬಂದ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಶುದ್ಧರಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆಯೆ ?

ಆಸ್ಸಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿ ನೀವೇ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಶರ್ಮಾ ನನ್ನು ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ಆರೋಪದಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತಗೊಳಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಅಜಿತ್ ಪವಾರ್ ರನ್ನು ಮುಕ್ತಗೊಳೀಸುತ್ತೀರಾ, 

ಈ ಎಲ್ಲ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರ ದೊರಕಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ, ಆದರೆ ಒಂದಂತೂ ನಿಜ ಆಪರೇಷನ್ ಕಮಲ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಹಂತದಿಂದ ನಾಯಕರ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಹಂತದ ವರೆಗೆ ಬಂದು ತಲುಪಿದೆ.

Looking at the current state of BJP in the state, all this is remembered.. The great rain called elections has come and gone.. BJP has been washed away. On top of that, thunder and lightning... occasional lightning..

BJP did not expect such a defeat. All BJP leaders are shocked. The pain of losing power.. then C.T. Ravi Pratap Singh Eshwarappa etc. started accusing each other.. The drama of blaming others for the defeat also started. Ravi Eshwarappa was the most prominent. In the meantime, reconciliation had left the arrow of politics. No one had any doubt about who was the target of this arrow.

Doubts about this match were raised during the election. For this, weak candidates have been fielded in some constituencies. For example, Congress has fielded a weak candidate from Shikari Pura Constituency, Vijayendra is not contesting from Varuna Constituency and Congress's Siddaramaiah and D. Yeddyurappa's close relationship with K, Shivakumar..like this is a normal act in politics..besides such accusations whether they are true or false cannot be proved with evidence. But it is only true that it is used as a political weapon. Besides, the personal relationship between the accused and the accuser also plays an important role.

It is these C>T who are identified as anti-Yediyurappa in the BJP. Ravi, Pratapa Simha Basavaraja Patil were the first of the Yatna. All these are the children of BL Santosha's house yard. The one who stood behind him from the beginning was B. L. Satosh.

BL Sa>tosh had been doing politics against Ananthakumar during his lifetime. Then Santosh Yeddyurappa was used as a pawn. When Ananth Kumar died, Santosh's politics changed. He turned on Yeddyurappa. He did not let go until he removed Yeddyurappa from the post of Chief Minister. He was the same c>t when Santosh declared war against Yeddyurappa. Ravi, Pratapa Simha and Yatnal were used as Kaala. After removing Yeddyurappa from the post of Chief Minister, the state BJP began to suffer from the problem of Lingayat leadership.. The saffron party could not find another leader to replace Yeddyurappa. Thus, during the elections, the BJP reached a position where it had to canvass Yeddyurappa again. The anti-incumbency wave was at such a level that Yeddyurappa could not stop this wave no matter what he did. Also, Lingayat leaders like Jagdish Shettar leaving the BJP and joining the Congress was a harbinger of the changing Lingayat politics.

Santhosh failed to understand the politics of Karnataka properly.. Santhosh also failed to recognize his own failure. As a representative of the Sangh Parivar, who became the organizing secretary of the BJP, he did not believe in manifesto-centric leadership. His aim was to bring the party to power based on the faith and ideals of the Sangh Parivar.. He believed that the BJP should change the belief and reality of being a party of Lingayats. It is for this reason that Santosh is the c<t of his task force. Ravi made the situation worse by saying that we don't need Lingayats' votes.

After losing the election, the party leaders started to realize how much BJP depended on Yeddyurappa.. But this enlightenment was not there for Santosh's team..Thus Santosh's force continued the politics against Yeddyurappa.. In return, Yeddyurappa's disciples like Renukacharya stood pat on the thigh.. because of this the party It became a nest of confusion.. Rajai was never able to appoint the BJP president or the leaders of each party..

Now the party leaders have come forward to solve this problem..but this is also not easy..but the party leaders who called Yeddieyurappa to Delhi have given the message that Yeddieyurappa is important in Karnataka. But the root of this problem is that Dushman kaha hai i.e. Bugal May is right next to the chief. BJP's problem in Karnataka b. El Sathosh is the one.. State BJP's problem cannot be solved without dealing with the problem he has created.. State BJP is in a situation where one cannot get mad without getting married, and one cannot get married without getting mad.

ರಾಜ್ಯ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಬಿಕ್ಕಟ್ಟು. ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರಿಗೆ ದೆಹಲಿಗೆ ಬುಲಾವ್; ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯ ಮೂಲ ಬಿ. ಎಲ್. ಸಂತೋಷ್ ಬದಲಾಗುವರೆ ?

ಮಳೆ ಹೊಯ್ದು ಹೋದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಳೆ ಹನಿಗಳು ಬೀಳುತ್ತಲೇ ಇರುತ್ತವೆ,, ಮೋಡ ಮುಚ್ಚಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಯಾವಾಗ ಮತ್ತೆ ಮಳೆ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವುದು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.. ಮತ್ತೆ ಗುಡುಗು ಸಿಡಿಲು.. ದೊಡ್ದ ಮಳೆ ಬರಬಹುದು.ಪ್ರವಾಹವೂ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಗಬಹುದು. ಹೀಗೆಂದು ಹೇಳುವುದು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.. ನಿಜ ಹೀಗೆಂದು ಹೇಳುವುದು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ..

ರಾಜ್ಯ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಇಂದಿನ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ನೋಡುವಾಗ ಇದೆಲ್ಲ ನೆನಪಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.. ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಎಂಬ ಮಹಾ ಮಳೆ ಬಂದು ಹೋಗಿದೆ.. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಕೊಚ್ಚಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿದೆ. ಅದಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮತ್ತು ಗುಡುಗು ಸಿಡಿಲು... ಆಗಾಗ ಮಿಂಚು..

ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಇಂತಹ ಸೋಲನ್ನು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ನಾಯಕರಿಗೆಲ್ಲ ಆಘಾತ. ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ನೋವು.. ಆಗ ಸಿ.ಟಿ. ರವಿ ಪ್ರತಾಪ ಸಿಂಹ ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪ ಮೊದಲಾದವರು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ದೋಷಾರೋಪಣೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದರು.. ಸೋಲಿಗೆ ಬೆರೆಯವರನ್ನು ಹೊಣೆಯಾಗಸುವ  ಬ್ರಹನ್ನನಾಟಕವೂ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು.. ಈ ಸೋಲಿಗೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಉಳಿದವರು ಕಾರಣ ಎಂದು ಹೋಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಫಿಕ್ಸ್ ಮಾಡುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ.. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರ ಒಹಿಸಿದವರಲ್ಲಿ ಮೈಸೂರು ಸಂಸದ ಪ್ರತಾಪ ಸಿಂಹ, ಸಿ.ಟಿ. ರವಿ  ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪ ಇವರೇ ಪ್ರಮುಖರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ನಡುವೆ ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆ ರಾಜಕಾರಣದ ಬಾಣವನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಬಾಣದ ಗುರಿ ಯಾರು ಎಂಬ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾರಿಗೂ ಅನುಮಾನ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ..

ಈ ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆಯ ಅನುಮಾನ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲೇ ಮೂಡಿತ್ತು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕೆಲವು ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದುರ್ಬಲ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಣಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿಸಿದ್ದು.. ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗೆ ಶಿಕಾರಿ ಪುರ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಿಂದ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ದುರ್ಬಲ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಕಣಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿಸಿದ್ದು ಹಾಗೆ ವರುಣಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಿಂದ ವಿಜಯೇಂದ್ರ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆ ಮಾಡದೇ ಇರುವುದು ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಡಿ. ಕೆ,ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರ ಜೊತೆ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಆತ್ಮೀಯ ಸಂಬಂಧ.. ಹಾಗೆ ರಾಜಕಾರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೆಲ್ಲ ಸಹಜ ಕ್ರಿಯೆ.. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಇಂತಹ ಆರೋಪಗಳು ಸತ್ಯ ಎಂದಾಗಲಿ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಎಂದಾಗಲಿ ಸಾಕ್ಷ್ಯ ಸಮೇತ ಸಾಭಿತು ಮಾಡುವುದು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಇಂತಹ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಅಸ್ತ್ರವಾಗಿ ಬಳಕೆಯಾಗುವುದು ಮಾತ್ರ ನಿಜ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಆರೋಪಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾದವರು ಮತ್ತು ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡಿದವರ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಕೂಡ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಪಾತ್ರ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. 

ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಡೀಯೂರಪ್ಪ  ವಿರೊಧಿಗಳು ಎಂದು ಗುರುತಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವುವವರು ಇದೇ ಸಿ>ಟಿ. ರವಿ, ಪ್ರತಾಪ ಸಿಂಹ ಬಸವರಾಜ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಯತ್ನಾಳ ಮೊದಲಾದವರು. ಇವರೆಲ್ಲ ಬಿ.ಎಲ್.ಸಂತೋಷ ಅವರ ಮನೆ ಅಂಗಳದ ಮಕ್ಕಳು. ಇವರ ಬೆನ್ನಿಗೆ ಮೊದಲಿನಿಂದ ನಿಂತವರು ಬಿ. ಎಲ್. ಸತೋಷ್. 

ಬಿ.ಎಲ್ ಸ>ತೋಷ್ ಅನಂತಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರ ಬದುಕಿದ್ದಾಗ ಅವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ಮಾಡುತ್ತ ಬಂದಿದ್ದರು. ಆಗ ಸಂತೋಷ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರನ್ನು ದಾಳವಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು.ಅನಂತಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಅಸು ನೀಗಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಸಂತೋಷ್ ಅವರ ರಾಜಕಾರಣದ ದಾರಿ ಬದಲಾಯಿತು.. ಅವರು ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ತಿರುಗಿ ಬಿದ್ದರು.. ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸ್ಥಾನದಿಂದ ಕೆಳಗಿಳಿಸುವ ವರೆಗೆ ಬಿಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸಂತೋಷ ಯುದ್ಧ ಸಾರಿದಾಗ ಅವರು ಇದೇ ಸಿ>ಟಿ. ರವಿ, ಪ್ರತಾಪ ಸಿಂಹ ಮತ್ತು ಯತ್ನಾಳ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಕಾಲಾಳಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸ್ಥಾನದಿಂದ ಇಳಿಸಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಲಿಂಗಾಯತ ನಾಯಕತ್ವದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯಿಂದ ಬಳಲತೊಡಗಿತು.. ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರನ್ನು ರಿಪ್ಲೇಸ್ ಮಾಡುವ ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬ ನಾಯಕ ಕೇಸರಿ ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ದೊರಕಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ಯಡೀಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಮತಯಾಚನೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಗೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ತಲುಪಿತ್ತು.  ಅಧಿಕಾರ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಅಲೆ ಯಾವ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಇತ್ತೆಂದರೆ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಏನೇ ಮಾಡಿದರೂ ಈ ಅಲೆಯನ್ನು ತಡೆಯಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಲೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಜಗದೀಶ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟರ್ ಅಂತಹ ಲಿಂಗಾಯತ ನಾಯಕರು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ತೊರೆದು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸೇರಿದ್ದು ಬದಲಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಲಿಂಗಾಯತ ರಾಜಕಾರಣದ ಮುನ್ಸೂಚನೆ ಆಗಿತ್ತು. 

ಸಂತೋಷ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ರಾಜಕಾರಣವನ್ನು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಥ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಫಲರಾಗಿದ್ದರು.. ತಮ್ಮ ವೈಫಲ್ಯವನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸುವುದರಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಂತೋಷ್ ವಿಫಲರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಸಂಘ ಪರಿವಾರದ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಯಾಗಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಸಂಘಟನಾ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯಾದ ಅವರಿಗೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತ ಕೇಂದ್ರಿತವಾದ ನಾಯಕತ್ವದ ದ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವರ ಗುರಿ ಸಂಘ ಪರಿವಾರದ ನಂಭಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ತತ್ವಾದರ್ಶದ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಪಕ್ಷವನ್ನು  ಅಧಿಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ತರುವುದು ಎಂದಾಗಿತ್ತು.. ಹಾಗೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಲಿಂಗಾಯತರ ಪಕ್ಷ ಎಂಬ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ವಾಸ್ತವವನ್ನು ಬದಲಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಅವರು ನಂಬಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದಲೇ ಸಂತೋಷ ಅವರ ಕಾರ್ಯಪಡೆಯ ಸಿ<ಟಿ. ರವಿ ನಮಗೆ ಲಿಂಗಾಯತರ ಮತ ಬೇಕಾಗಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಅರ್ಥದ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಆಡಿ ಮರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಹದಗೆಡಿಸಿದರು..

ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಸೋತ ಮೇಲೆ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಎಷ್ಟು ಅವಲಂಬಿತವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಅರಿವು ಪಕ್ಷದ ವರಿಷ್ಠರಿಗೆ ಆಗತೊಡಗಿತ್ತು.. ಆದರೆ ಈ ಜ್ನಾನೋದಯ ಸಂತೋಷ್ ಅವರ ತಂಡಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗಲೇ ಇಲ್ಲ..ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಸಂತೋಷ್ ಪಡೆ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ರಾಜಕಾರಣವನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಿತು.. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯಾಗಿ ರೇಣುಕಾಚಾರ್ಯ ಅವರಂತಹ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರ ಶಿಷ್ಯರು ತೊಡೆ ತಟ್ಟಿ ನಿಂತರು.. ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಪಕ್ಷ ಗೊಂದಲದ ಗೂಡಾಯಿತು.. ರಾಜಯ್ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕರನ್ನಾಗಲೀ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡುವುದೂ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಲೇ ಇಲ್ಲ..

ಈಗ ಪಕ್ಷದ ವರಿಷ್ಠರು ಈ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಬಗೆ ಹರಿಸಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ..ಆದರೆ ಇದು ಕೂಡ ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ.. ಆದರೆ ಯಡೀಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರೊಬ್ಬರನ್ನೇ ದೆಹಲಿಗೆ ಕರೆಸಿರುವ ಮೂಲ್ಲಕ ಪಕ್ಷದ ವರಿಷ್ಠರು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಡೀಯೂರಪ್ಪನವರೇ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಎಂಬ ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.. ಯಡೀಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರ ಜೊತೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಬಗೆ ಹರಿಸಲು ಯತ್ನ ನಡೆಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಈ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯ ಮೂಲ ಇರುವುದು ವರಿಷ್ಠ ಪಕ್ಕದಲ್ಲೇ ದುಷ್ಮನ್ ಕಹಾ ಹೈ ಅಂದರೆ ಬಗಲ್ ಮೇ ಎಂಬಂತೆ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಬಿಜೆಫ಼್ಪಿಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಬಿ. ಎಲ್ ಸ<ತೋಷ್ ಅವರೇ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.. ಅವರು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಬಗೆ ಹರಿಯದೇ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಬಗೆಹರಿಯಲಾರದು.. ಮದುವೆಯಾದ ಹೊರತೂ ಹುಚ್ಚು ಬಿಡೋಲ್ಲ, ಹುಚ್ಚು ಬಿಡದ ಹೊರತೂ ಮದುವೆಯಾಗಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಇದೆ.
